Pricing of Your Wooden House Project
Since pricing is always in a state of flux, when you are set to commit, request current pricing on any service or product, and we’ll respond with not only the price but with any other conditions and options that may be relevant to your request.
Terms of Payment
Our terms are quite simple: 60% Deposit, 40% payment at shipping notification of Bill of Lading. 20 feet container minimum orders only. Once we have a confirmed order, we will update you on the production schedule and estimated shipping time.
Shipping of Your Wooden House
All quotations for product and/or service costs are FOB Semarang port, Indonesia. Shipping and Customs estimates will be made based upon your requested landed locations around the World. We explore all shipping scenarios that are the most efficient and economical for the buyer. We ship in either 20 feet or 40 feet containers, depending upon the dock capabilities at your destination.
Sourceing of Indonesia Products
If you haven't found exactly what you're looking for, let us help. Our specialty is sourceing products that are hard to find, and not off the shelf. We can find it, buy it, design it, or fabricate it. Whatever it takes to make it happen for you. Send us your requirements in picture form and size notation, and we will e-mail a proposal of price and supply. You will get what you want so you're not limited to purchasing only what you see in a store. Fax or email you interest.
